Distance Reiki is time for you to relax and receive. Whether your intention is to feel calmer, uplifted, recharged, or to support healing, this time is for you.

Choose whether to sit, recline or stretch out. Find a comfortable spot where you'll be as uninterrupted as possible.

Then connect to our Zoom.

We'll begin with a guided exercise to lead you into the session. Then it is up to you - allow your mind to wander, drift into light sleep, or follow the sensations throughout your session. Whatever your choice, simply rest comfortably and receive the flow of Reiki.

As the scheduled session concludes, I'll gently let you know.

You may notice the energy continues to flow, you may not feel like moving just yet, or you may want to hop straight up. Trust your feelings. Stay as long as feels right for you.

This time is for you to relax, replenish, reconnect, restore, and most of all, receive.
