🦋 What is Reiki?
Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient natural healing technique involving the placement of hands onto or hovering above the body and 7 main chakras channelling Universal healing energy.
Reiki has the potential to speed up the body’s ability to heal physical ailments and opens the mind to the potential underlying reasons of disease, pain, discomfort and blockages, which may have caused the problem in the first place. Some benefits are but are not limited to inducing relaxation, improves sleep, promotes recovery post-surgery, increases emotional and physical well-being by elevating stress and muscular tension. Relieves pain and discomfort from chronic diseases.
Reiki does not replace medical treatments; I do not diagnose or give any prognosis nor heal broken bones. It is not a massage, it’s non-intrusive and will never cause harm. Reiki serves to help heal the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is safe for the ill, elderly, pregnant people, children, animals, and nature.
The more open you are to receiving this energy the more you will open yourself up to your healing. Every experience is individual, you may experience general mellowness and fall asleep, or you may twitch, have body tingles, hot or cold sensations, coughing fits or emotions may rise to be expressed. Whatever arises for you, allow your body to feel and process without the mind attaching to it to understand, then allow it to lovingly pass.
