Reiki-Infused Crystal Sound Bath | Energetic Recalibration

Join me for an immersive evening of deep rest, relaxation and energetic renewal through the beautiful sounds and harmonics of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

Allow yourself to step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into a peaceful space where there is nothing to do, nowhere to be and no expectations.

As the frequencies and harmonics of the bowls move around and through you, allow your body to soften, your mind to become still and the layers of accumulated tension and energy to gently fall away.

Throughout the experience, Reiki is woven into the sound journey. A Reiki-infused crystal grid will anchor the space, while sacred Reiki symbols are placed energetically into the Alchemy Crystal Bowls, allowing Reiki to be carried through their frequencies.

Alongside the crystal bowls, a variety of other carefully chosen instruments create layers of sound, vibration and moments of spacious silence, inviting you into deeper states of relaxation, energetic balance and connection with yourself.

This is an opportunity to simply receive, rest and reconnect, allowing the experience to unfold in whatever way feels right for you.

No previous experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to slow down.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, bolster or cushions, eye pillow/mask and anything else you need to feel comfortable and cosy while lying down for the session. Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.
