Energy worker Dorothy will hold sacred space for you to connect deep within yourself. She will begin the practice with breath work and a grounding meditation. We will ease into a relaxing sound bath journey allowing the sounds, frequencies, and vibrations to move through us. Reiki will be sent throughout the meditation.
Bring a mat, blankets, pillows, anything to make you comfortable and an open heart.
You are encouraged to come 10-15 minutes early to get your space set up.
Feel free to stay afterward to enjoy lunch together in the park! :)
A bit more about the practices below.
Reiki is an ancient form of energetic healing that uses life force energy (ki, chi, prana). There is no exchange of energy - I am simply a vessel for this energy to flow through. This energy works for your highest good and you will receive what you are open and meant to receive through it.
A sound bath is a meditative concert; a relaxation journey! All you do is relax and receive the sounds, vibrations, and frequencies. The sound healing instruments are tuned to the healing frequency 432hz which is the frequncey of the universe. It is found in plants and all of the nature that surrounds us. These sounds permeate every single cell in your body as they repair themselves. These vibrations calm your parasympathetic nervous system and encourage your bodies natural healing processes to take place.
Crystal singing bowls, planetary gong, and tibetan bowls are tuned to your chakras (energy centers) helping to release any density and bring balance. They help to clear the subconscious, unblock blocked emotions, and bring harmony to your body, mind, and soul. Tibetan bowls can be played on the body to assist in breaking up energetic blockages and provide the sensory experience of feeling the vibrations rippling through every part of your being.
