Learn Reiki in a fun and engaging environment through play, activities, mindfulness, meditation and movement.
Learning about and using Reiki at a young age promotes lifelong healthy living.
Being attuned to Reiki energy supports children in making better choices by increasing self-confidence, enhancing self-esteem and encouraging empathy for others.
In this workshop the children will;
-Learn about the history of Reiki, how it works and what it can do.
-Learn how to give Reiki to themselves and others including animals, plants and food.
-Explore energy through games and activities.
-Have fun with mindfulness, movement and meditation.
-Learn about the energy body and chakras.
-Receive Reiki Level 1 Attunements
-Receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate and workbook
Life is becoming increasingly difficult with so many drastic shifts and changes occurring in small amounts of time.
Reiki is the perfect personal tool to assist in regulating personal emotions and moving through emotions as they arrive. This can decrease the risk of mental health issues later in life, bringing more harmony and balance to the self among a sometimes disharmonised outer world.
In times like these, Reiki is the perfect life tool to empower your child.
***Please send along water bottle and light snacks, as well as comfy clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
You will be required to sign children up on drop off and will need to provide details of the person that will be collecting them. Swearing and non-compliance will not be tolerated. If this is to occur parents/guardians will be called and required to return ASAP. Children will be supervised at all times, however be mindful that accidents can occur. We must be notified in writing of any medications and allergies. Please be as timely as possible. We are not responsible for minding children after the session has concluded. Be mindful when completing your booking as refunds cannot be given for cancellations.
