Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is entry level reiki training that focuses on Reiki for you.  It is traditionally known as Shoden, “The Entrance”.

 In this 2 day Reiki Level 1 workshop you will learn how to use this beautiful healing modality to give reiki to yourself, and to your friends and family. You will receive a full Reiki treatment and learn how to give a full Reiki treatment.

Workshop overview: 

• The history of Usui Reiki
• The Reiki precepts
• The chakra system and how it affects your wellbeing
• How to practice the Reiki 1 hand positions
• How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself and others
• Become attuned to Reiki energy

The workshop is capped at 4 people to facilitate an inclusive and supportive learning environment. All students receive a detailed manual and certificate of completion. 

Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite for Reiki Level 2.
