This is a six-week course specifically designed for all those who wish to learn the ancient art of reiki healing. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy).

If you choose to take our Reiki level 1 course, you will be taught the art of self-healing which will enable you to connect to your body, mind and spirit on a much deeper level. You will learn how to let go of all things which no longer serve your higher good by channeling your own healing energy.

As you progress through your studies you will experience greater clarity about your past and your future by learning how to tap into your intuition and letting it become your guide. Reiki helps you awaken your own unique essence and you feel so much more connected to everything around you.

By doing this course you don't have to become a healer, but once you have received your attunement, you may want to use what you have learned to help both yourself and others.

Our Reiki Master Lorraine was guided to teach this course over 6 weeks to enable her students to gain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the reiki practices and principles.
