Reiki Level 1 Shoden

Reiki level 1 (Shoden) is a sacred journey to explore your relationship and connection with Self as well as the energy of universal spirit.  This course is your first step in exploring the powerful energy of Reiki, and how it can expand your own capacity for healing and self love.

This course is delivered in person with a small group size over two 3 hour sessions. 

Through our time together you'll have access to

• Two 3 hour face to face sessions - 14 & 21 February 10am-1pm
• Private online group to share and receive support over 3 weeks
• 30 minute individual follow up session to deepen the integration of the practices and learnings

- Intimate group setting allows space for reflections and discussion as we explore themes of healing, energy, self love and Reiki foundational principles and teachings

- Experience your sacred initiation (attunement) to Reiki energy

- You'll learn how to confidently move through a hands-on self healing Reiki and well as offering a Reiki healing for a loved one

- Receive a comprehensive manual and gifts to support your practice
