Reiki Level One

Arc Academy provides comprehensive and professional courses for Usui Reiki study and Seichim. We’re passionate about supporting men and women with their unique intention in addition to allowing you to discover the tools, methods and practices to cultivate a deeper relationship within.

Usui Reiki Level One is the beginning of a journey into self-discovery and self-empowerment. Through four modules of study, you will discover how to become deeply centred in the heart and develop an awareness of energy.

In this accredited course, you will:

• Engage in powerfully guided meditations allowing you to find greater stillness within and become deeply centred in the heart.
• Develop an understanding of the principles and origins of Usui Reiki.
• Increase your intuition.
• Discover how to ground, positively protect your energy and establish healthy boundaries.
• Uncover powerful self-healing techniques to balance, cleanse, and align your energy body.
• Receive four attunements; these are gentle processes passed from a Reiki Master Teacher to a student to enable you to use Reiki.
• Discover nurturing support to align with your unique intention from an accredited Reiki Master Teacher and educator with thirteen years of teaching experience.
• Explore and cultivate a deeper understanding of Chakras.
• Become your own healer, improve your wellbeing and support the wellbeing of others.
• Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, observation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.
• Receive a comprehensive theoretical course workbook to support their practice.

Our Reiki Level One course, program and comprehensive student workbook has been submitted, reviewed and approved by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies (IICT). This is an international regulatory body for complementary therapies.

• Accredited Reiki One course certificate
• Ongoing support through Arc Academy
• A detailed course workbook to support your Reiki practice
• Vegan lunch, snacks and Australian made tea will be provided

Course Structure:

To best support each student’s growth and expansion, we keep our class sizes small. This workshop is for men and women. Our Reiki Level One course is comprised of one eight-hour workshop and one two-hour support session with our founder. The support session will be approximately two weeks after the workshop. We will devise a suitable time for the support session when all students attend the workshop.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a naturally gifted intuitive who is passionate about supporting men and women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most authentic version of who they are.

Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with fifteen years of experience and a former assistant principal.
