Reiki Level One training awakens the universal healing energy within, and is perfect for those of you wishing to start on a self-healing or spiritual journey. Once you receive your attunement, Reiki can help enhance intuition and psychic senses; clear mental 'blocks' and physical pain; manifest goals; become more self-aware and more by utilising universal energy healing techniques as channelled by Dr. Usui Mikao in the 1920's. This two day in depth course will be hosted from 10:00am - 4:00pm (max. 4 people), including 4 attunements to Usui Reiki, loads of time to practise self healing, and a 60 page full colour workbook with resources collected from my many mentors, research, and personal experience.

Each Reiki Level One weekend workshop is based in my private home to ensure I can offer you the security, support, and safely held space you need to enjoy this journey. My clients love the retreat style home setting I offer, which gives them a chance to go inward for the weekend, while connecting with a a maximum of 4 others on the same path. This gives you the opportunity to feel seen, ask questions when you like, practise and self-heal in your own space, and really settle in to the healing process.
