Reiki Level One Workshop - Activate Your Inner Healer

This workshop is held in a very warm and homely venue, in early Papamoa Beach.

Reiki 1 is designed for curious humans, who'd like to:

• Discover and experience how energy works and flows
• Learn how to transform your own energy for self-healing and growth
• Increase confidence and energy levels
• Release worry, stress and self-sabotage
• Let go of kinds of fear
• Techniques and tools to bring about better sleep

The beautiful thing about Reiki is that can be performed by anyone (who has curiosity, urge or desire to help themselves and others)
It's non denominational, and open to learn for ANYONE regardless or belief, faith or religion. 

Level One is an initiation into Reiki:

Learn the foundations, concepts and the first of the all the Reiki symbols.

The focus during Level One; is on opening the energy channels for the recipient ( and you as the giver) on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force, which flows from the cosmos through the hands and body. Reiki brings greater ease, more flow and many times can release layers of tension / stress for a more free-flowing life experience
