Level 1 is an initiation into Reiki training:

~ Guided through a grounding meditation to awaken your Reiki within

~ Foundations, concepts and the first of the all the Reiki symbols
~ Grounding and centring techniques to anchor you into peace / neutrality
~ Self-Mastery of 12 hand positions for use in a Self Reiki Session
~ Mastery for a whole body Reiki session for animals, family or friends
~ Receive a deep and profound attunement with Usui Reiki symbols

~ ADDED BONUS material and training into how to create a safe and healing space for humans to receive benefits,

The focus during Level One; is on opening the energy channels for the recipient ( and you as the giver) on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force, which flows from the cosmos through the hands and body.
