Reiki, Reiju & Rest

This class is all about activating a collective high energy field together as a group to bring healing and release tension in the body.

We will share in some reiki principals and breath work then slide into Savasana and drift away into sound.

Each person will receive the Reiki spiritual blessing and activation of Reiju during the sound healing.

The idea of this class is that we are all one energy. As each person receives Reiju, they emit an amplified energy in the group, affecting the collective field. The groups energy field raises higher and higher as each person is blessed.

Ultimately we will all be one humming high field and will take this delicious energy out into our afternoon and continue to spread the love

A bit about Rebecca:
Through Free Living Co in Queenstown, I support people to gently regulate their nervous system and reconnect with a sense of calm within their body. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stretched, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.
Through Reiki, intuitive readings, and integrative nutrition guidance, I work beyond the mind — supporting the body to release what it’s been holding and return to a more balanced, settled state.
My approach is calm, grounded, and responsive to what your system needs in the moment.

A devoted Singing Bowl Therapist located in Queenstown, NZ, with a profound love of the transformative influence of Sound.
Utilising my distinctive sound techniques, I craft sacred environments where individuals can submerge themselves in the therapeutic vibrations of sound, resulting in deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Moreover, I aid others in attaining equilibrium, recovery, and inner peace. I am fully dedicated to steering and encouraging individuals or their paths to personal healing, empowering them to uncover their inherent capacity for well-being and self-exploration.
