REIKI SHARES GATHERING

Come along to our friendly Reiki Shares, a wonderful way of meeting other Reiki students and practitioners, exchanging ideas, and finding out more about Reiki.

The concept of a Reiki Shares is for everyone attending to both give and receive Reiki in a supportive environment. You will be giving and receiving the energy and exploring more about how to use Reiki.

Before the exchange, you will have a chance to ask questions, and then I will guide you in a short meditation, followed by a group Reiki share.

At the end, everyone can share their experience while we ground ourselves with some snacks, so bring a plate of food to nourish our bodies.
