Initiation days, will include a variety of practical tools useful for your ongoing self adventure.  
Simple tools, you may also choose to use when interacting with both clients and friends.
From meditation, intonements, movement, bio-energetic, Chakra awareness and the basics of practical pendulum to the all-important BREATH.
