Receiving reiki in a group setting is a beautiful way to create energetic shifts within the body as well emotionally supporting yourself by being with community.

Prepare for a bit of breathwork, guided meditation and a very relaxing reiki sound bath.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable on your mats: water, eye pillows, blanket, pillow, socks (as we tend to run cold during energy work). There are some bits and pieces of bolsters and blankets at the studio as well.
