Super Moon Reiki Sound Bath

The upcoming Full Buck Super Moon is a time to support new growth by allowing ourselves to energetically expand, dream big and follow our hearts. Let's join in community to honor the present moment, ground, and make space for inspiration and creativity. Receiving reiki in a group setting is a beautiful way to create energetic shifts within the body as well emotionally supporting yourself by being with community.
 

Prepare for a bit of breathwork, guided meditation and a very relaxing reiki sound bath. 

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable on your mats: water, eye pillows, blanket, pillow, socks (as we tend to run cold during energy work). There are some bits and pieces of bolsters and blankets at the studio as well.
