Reimagine Mission Toolkit Launch

In 2023, the Baptist Union Victoria Support Hub is piloting a Reimagine Mission Toolkit for any church or leader who wishes to improve their missional, discipleship and/or evangelistic edge. The vision is to see churches and faith communities flourishing in holistic mission and it aims to equip and empower churches and faith communities with the best mission “tools” needed for their context and culture.

The Toolkit equips and empower churches and faith communities with the best mission “tools” needed for their community context and culture and involves a two-year journey of:

1. 4-10 workshops delivered by missional leaders delivering the best missional models, including Alpha, City to City, COACH Network, Micro Church Network and Empowered Faith Communities. With a minimum 6 workshops and maximum 10 workshops over the two-years.
2. Mentoring (similar to coaching but including direct advice on the “Tools”) 30 mentoring clusters sessions by seasoned practitioners as mentors. 2-8 people per cluster.
3. Online Video: online resources for Alpha and Empowered Faith Communities only so far.
