Rejoice Gospel Choir is a new community of singers taking part in the rich tradition of gospel choir music and bringing it to the community of Sydney’s Inner & South West. The founders, Tash & Luke are passionate about the message of gospel music which is about faith in uncertainty and hope in pain.

We acknowledge the history of gospel music, born out of the oppression of African American people, and are committed to learning from the people, communities and experiences that shaped gospel music and its message of resilient hope. We also acknowledge the Bediagal people, who's land we meet on, traditional Custodians of the land on which we will meet, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
