Rejuvenate with Cacao, Heart Healing, Breathwork and Meditation

Kristys next offering is here. An immersion of rejuvenation, relaxation, self love, gentle movement, meditation plus much more. 

Kristy is a certified Cacao and Breathwork Facilitator, completing her Master's with Tess Martin, Cacao Mama International.

Kristy holds a safe, nurturing and sacred space, she is a Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Master, with many other wonderful modalities on offer. 

On our journey we will honour the four corners with powerful invocations passed on by a Peruvian medicine woman, through her teacher. We call in and work with our spirit allies, guides, earth and cosmic elements. You will be guided into a profound opening and connecting in with your sacred heart portal.

We will experience the beauty of the Kirtin Kriya, which is an ancient yogic practice and a beautiful extension of the Kundalini Mantra, Sat Nam. 

We journey with the medicine of Cacao, known as the "Food of the Gods". Sitting with this medicine opens your inner world to explore and expand. It has been used traditionally for many, many years in ceremony. 

There will be relaxing breathwork, meditation, journalling and some gentle movement.

It is Kristys honour to co-create a space of connection, heart healing, remembrance and celebration of you. 

This event is aimed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, clear, loved, held and seen. 

Please join Kristy and your soul family on Saturday the 8th of July at 5pm, Hilltop Natural Therapies, O'Halloran Hil, SA. Feel free to bring your journals, blankets and pillows. Yoga mats are supplied.

Cacao and mugs will be supplied on the night. Bring an open heart. These ceremonies are designed to hold you and offer a safe space for you to be all that you are. 

A time to connect in with the ancient wisdom of this incredible plant medicine, your hearts and other beautiful souls. 

Spaces are limited to hold an intimate group of 8-10 people.
