What to bring?
Please bring water, a yoga mat, blankets - anything to cosy & comfort your space, an eye-pillow or scarf, and a journal (if you feel). Dress for comfort, ease of movement and warmth.

An exploratory and connective guided breath journey designed to reconnect you with your natural rhythm and deepen your awareness of the beauty and simplicity of breath.
With each breath, we’ll encourage the body to let go, soften, and settle into a deeper sense of balance and harmony.

TRE / Trauma Release Exercises
TRE is a set of exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.
TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases tension and calms the nervous system.
When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe, held space, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance and harmony.
Through TRE, experience a deeper connection to your body - a release of stress and tension - and an embodied exploration of the nervous system through the body.
