3. The practises in this workshop aid in both intimate and platonic relationships.

4. The intention of this workshop is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore and cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections in all areas of your life—whether with yourself, others, or your environment.

It is an opportunity to clear stagnant energy from the past that may still be impacting your present experiences.While this workshop is trauma-informed and incorporates care throughout, please note that some of the practices may be confronting or challenging. Inner work can be uncomfortable at times, and growth often involves facing difficult truths, embracing vulnerability, and letting go of old patterns to make space for transformation.

All are welcome. However, participants with PTSD—especially if caused by past interpersonal trauma—may encounter moments of discomfort or emotional triggers. Please remember, your triggers are often powerful teachers, and if you’re open to the process, they can offer valuable insights on your path to healing.If you decide to join us, know that support will be available, and you're encouraged to go at your own pace. Your well-being is a priority, and you're always free to take a step back if needed.

Welcome to Relating From The Heart (with and emphasis on healing the masculine)

Important: This workshop is aimed at ALL genders... WHY?

Because many hands make light work, empathy comes through understanding and relationship work is better done together… So of course bring your fine self but I invite you to also bring your best mates, sisters, brothers, parents and partners.

Only together are we able to bridge gap between all parties, strengthening connection, communication and community as we reinforce healthy support systems and create safe spaces for positive change

This is a workshop on how to operate from a place of love, empathy, compassion and understanding. As mentioned above, it’s about creating safe spaces for positive change and real conversations.

The experience gives participants the tools to deepen the connection that they have with themselves, others and their environment while also gaining a greater understanding of the concept of divine masculinity and relating from the heart.

Regardless of whether your relationships are intimate or platonic…. Whether it's your boss, neighbour, coworker, parent or partner, Relating From The Heart has you covered.

Over the space of 3 hours you'll receive a plethora of simplistic practices that will give you the courage and communication to know what you really want in all of your relationships and be able to communicate that from a place of radical truth, love and wisdom.

In turn, you'll have more depth, more understanding and more joy in ALL of your relationships
