Most of us have grown up with old school modelling of what a romantic partnership should be.

Like most millennials, you've probably outgrown this old paradigm version and you're craving deep, fulfilling, loving relationship/s that help you evolve as a person.

You're probably looking for much more than only a domestic partnership and you're definitely ready to move past relationships that only seem to trigger a trauma response...

Relationship Circle will be a deep dive into your subconscious conditioning around romantic relationships. You will identify the conditioning that requires healing and releasing. You will have the opportunity to reprogram the stagnant learned belief systems around relating and then be free to choose the relationship style that suits you.

At Relationship Circle we will cover a range of topics each month such as sex, intimacy, teamwork, unraveling subconscious relating habits, healing co-dependency, claiming your Sovereignty, how to love another without losing yourself, effective communication and how to identify and grow through cycles in long term relationships.

These circles will be a combination of teachings, self reflections, group sharing, partnered sharing, embodiment exercises and home practices.

For each topic theme, we will meet weekly in person for four consecutive weeks.

Cost:

You do not need to be in a committed romantic relationship to benefit from attending this course. The work we do will mainly focus on you as a Sovereign being. Additionally, we assert that you are already in many relationships, although perhaps non-romantic, that will greatly benefit from your participation in this circle work (eg. family, friends, work colleagues).

Our intention is to be inclusive of all genders and relationship style preferences and we strive to provide content and exercises that are relevant for all.
