We don’t learn about relationships in school classrooms, so how do we figure out how to do relationships well and make it safe, secure and healthy for us? Some of us growing up had people around that could help explain difficult things, provide emotional support, and respect us for who we are. For others, this relationship modelling may not have come consistently or have been reliable.

With this mini-workshop you are invited to develop more relational awareness and insight into who you are, your strengths and what you need from the different types of relationships around you. If you find this taster session helpful, consider coming along to the full workshop series.
