In the corporate world today, it is critical to be able to establish relationships quickly with people. How often do you meet prospects and connections at business functions, or even in our own office and you have to connect with them quickly, get them on board and listening intently to your key messages?

Some people seem to be able to connect instantly with strangers, whilst the majority of people struggle at business and social events to make small talk and connect at a level where the other party is genuinely interested in meeting with you again to explore opportunities. It is possible to connect with people quickly, you only need to learn the skills to do it effortlessly.

In this presentation, Lindsay will explain the simple steps to building relationships quickly. Born an introvert, Lindsay has had to learn how to overcome the characteristics of introversion and connect quickly with total strangers. He’s done this over and over in the last thirty years and you can too.

Speaker:

Lindsay Adams OAM is known as The Relationships Guy. He helps business people build stronger relationships, create more referrals and turn everyday connections into genuine business opportunities.

For more than 25 years, Lindsay has worked with leaders, sales teams and business owners to help them understand people, communicate better and build trust faster.

He is also the CEO of 24x7 Assessments and uses DISC and behavioural insights to help people strengthen relationships and get better business results.

In 2020, Lindsay was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia, OAM, for his service to the professional speaking industry.
