A day retreat to Relax & Receive while exploring simple ancient yogic practices and the power of ceremony.

The day will start with mindful movement, followed by a healthy morning treat, then we will continue our journey with a talk on yogic lifestyle and go into a journey of pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. After a delicious and abundant plant based lunch, we will start preparing for our cacao ceremony, yin yoga and sound journey, followed by a delicious treat and final sharing circle.

This day retreat will be held by the experienced teachers Juan Diaz and his unique approach to movement as medicine and prayer, Constanza Causa and her approach to calm the mind through yogic breathwork and meditation and the medicine of David Schneider and his calm presence for the practice of yoga nidra and yin yoga.
