    Please join us for a series of mini workshops to help reduce the stress of everyday life!


    Celeste, an experienced leadership coach will guide you through six calming sessions, helping you to relax and reconnect with the happier part of you.


    The sessions will include topics such as:

    • Brain Games: Learn how to make your brain an ally in the quest for greater ease.
    • Motivational Magic: Discover the secret to "feeling good" and staying that way.
    • Relaxation Rituals: Get up close to powerful relaxation techniques.
