Relax & Reset: Sound Bath Experience

Held in the sacred space of erthed in Taringa, Relax & Reset is designed to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and reconnection with yourself through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound.

As you rest comfortably, you'll be immersed in soothing frequencies that help calm the mind, release tension from the body and create space for stillness, presence and restoration.

Whether you're feeling stressed, burnt out, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a moment to pause, this experience offers a gentle opportunity to ground, recharge and reconnect within a supportive community environment.

Note: You may wish to bring a pillow, extra blanket or whatever else to make yourself more comfortable.

No experience is necessary. Simply bring yourself and allow the sound to do the work.
