What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing wellness experience where participants lie down comfortably and are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments. Unlike a traditional class or workshop, there is nothing you need to do. Simply relax, close your eyes and allow the sounds to help quiet your mind, reduce stress and create a sense of calm and balance.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice that encourages you to slow down, focus on the present moment and give your mind a break from the constant stream of thoughts and distractions of daily life. During these sessions, meditation is guided in a simple and accessible way, making it suitable for beginners and those with no previous experience. The combination of meditation and sound healing can help you relax, recharge and return to your studies feeling more focused and refreshed.
