Guided by Lisa, you will embark on a sound journey, featuring a variety of instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drums, Drums, chimes, and more. These beautiful vibrations will guide you to relax, let go, and embrace the wholeness of your being.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat
Pillow and blanket
Eye pillow (optional)
Water

We encourage you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and warm while you lay down and fully immerse yourself in this healing experience.
