Immerse yourself in a revitalising journey of breathwork and meditation for deep relaxation, complemented by a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, Shamanic drum & medicine rattle.

For those feeling adventurous, we’ll also have an optional ice bath experience, providing a refreshing challenge! ❄️

If you have any of the following conditions, we suggest seeking medical advice before attending any breath work sessions. We will require you to fill out a screening form before attending the session.

- Cardiovascular conditions

- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina

- Glaucoma or retinal detachment

- Recent injury or surgery

- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowing blood pressure

- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis

- Personal History of Seizures

- In the middle of a severe mental illness

- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)

- You are currently pregnant or are breastfeeding
