Here is some information to maximise your enjoyment and benefit from your time with us:

VENUE AND ARRIVAL

Park for free on the street and follow the signs that guide you around the left of the main building and down the steps to the Retreat Centre.

Please arrive between 9.50 and 10.00 to register and be ready for a tour of the retreat site before activities begin.

FOOD AND DRINK

We provide light, healthy superfood snacks, fresh fruit and spring water for your enjoyment throughout the day.

Please bring your own lunch to have during the break at 1.00 p.m. We have a fridge for you to store any cold stuff.

Please note that alcohol is NOT permitted at his event.

ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES

Your ticket includes the use of the following facilities and group activities in designated time slots (see Retreat Program below):

Sauna
Ice bath
Outdoor pool
Bathroom including shower
Bushwalk
Stress-buster group coaching session

If you wish, you can pre-purchase a one-to-one session for one or both of the following (both with a 10% discount on regular prices!):

Option 1 60-minute 'Signature Healing' Session with Alexis -enjoy the nurturing feminine energy of this session. Includes massage/aromatherapy/salt scrub/sound healing/reiki.
Option 2 45-minute 'Stress-to-Strength Transformer' coaching session with Alasdair - Enjoy the positive masculine energy of this session - Includes breathwork and personalised mind-power tools you can use anytime in the future to manage stress.

These individual sessions can be purchased from the same ticket platform as your 'General Admission' Ticket. They are limited to one of each option per customer, pending availability in the designated time slots (see Retreat Program below).

You can also book future session with Alexis and/or Alasdair after the Retreat. Details of services, prices and how to book will be given on the day.
