Immerse yourself in this in-person event and allow yourself to let go of tension and unwind. Be guided through a full body relaxation before nourishing your mind and body as the sounds of the crystal singing bowls wash over you. Rest deeply and recharge ahead of the weekend.

Bring your yoga mat, pillow/ cushion, blanket and journal.
