Relaxation & Sound Bowls

Immerse yourself in this in-person event and allow yourself to let go of tension and unwind. Be guided through a full body relaxation before nourishing your mind and body as the sounds of the crystal singing bowls wash over you. 

Bring your yoga mat, pillow/ cushion & blanket and give this time of self-care to yourself. 

*Please note it is not recommended to attend this event if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
