WHAT TO BRING:

This beautiful studio provides mats, bolsters and some blankets. However, we recommend you bring your own mat if you have one to double up for extra comfort. It is also recommended that you bring a cushion/ pillow, wear warm clothing and bring anything else you may need for added comfort - sleep mask, blanket, warm socks, drink bottle, etc.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Please note that sound healing is not recommended during pregnancy.
This studio is only accessible via a flight of stairs, with no other access available.
