Ever wondered what Breathwork is and how it works?

This is a perfect introduction to Breathwork and the benefits it can have on your mental and physical self.

Enjoy a morning of a guided relaxation breathwork to help you reach the state of complete relaxation, slow the mind and allow the body to be. Tap into the inner whispers that become over run with daily life and all its noises.

Following the Breathwork will be the opportunity to partake in an ice bath and relish the benefits of cold water immersion, test that inner voice and breathe through the resistance it shows.

Warm ceremonial cacao and light refreshments available afterwards as we enjoy the slower morning and connect and communicate with fellow like minded people


All ticket sales go to Maca200 cancer ride and supporting Shelley Scadding on her fundraising journey.
