An Invitation to Join a Soundbath

There are so many benefits to health and wellbeing that can be achieved with deep relaxation including reduced stress and anxiety, less muscle tension and physical pain as well as an increased sense of wellbeing and a positive mood-state.
Whether you're a keen 'soundbather' or a first-timer who has always been curious to try, this is your opportunity to come and join me as we immerse ourselves in this beautiful ancient practice of love and self-healing.
I am holding two more complimentary relaxation soundbaths that will go towards completing my Professional Diploma in Group Sound Relaxation Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy. There is no charge for your attendance however to complete my portfolio, I will require attendees to fill in a consent form and an evaluation to document their sound experience.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket to lay on - you want to be comfortable
- blanket or throw
- cushion or two
- eye pillow (if using)
- comfy clothing
