Sound Bath Journey – Thursday 19th June

Take a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.

Join me for a deeply relaxing and calming sound bath experience featuring my crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, chimes, and other soothing instruments. I will gently guide you through a breathing technique and a short body scan meditation to ground your awareness and connect you within.

Then, simply lay back and let the healing vibrations take you on an inward journey, rebalancing your energy centres and calming your nervous system.

Sound and vibration have a profound effect on the mind, body, and soul.

Each frequency interacts with your body at a cellular level, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. The result? A deep sense of peace, clarity, and rejuvenation.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, soft or camping mattress, sheepskin rug — anything to lie on comfortably

Blanket or cushion for added coziness

You're welcome to bring your own antigravity chair or bean bag if lying down isn’t ideal for you
