This World Kindness Day, we’re focusing on the most important relationship you have—the one with yourself! 🌍✨

Join us at Gympie Community Place with our amazing Guest Facilitator - Jos from Coastal Breath and Body. This is a restorative two-hour wellness session where Jos will gently guide us to release deep tension, calm overwhelmed minds and connect over a creative journal. 💛

What to expect:

Nervous System Regulation: Gentle meditation and breathing exercises to help you find your calm. 🧘‍♀️🌬️
Mindful Colouring: Relax with our beautiful mandala circles—perfect for grounding the mind. 🖍️🎨
Shared Reflection & Journaling: Reflect on what you’re ready to leave behind and what kindness you can carry forward. ✍️📔
Symbolic Release: A gentle activity to let go of self-criticism and worry, leaving you feeling light and clear. ✨🕊️
