Well the count down is on and 2020 will soon be gone. What a year it has been. Let's use the healing of sacred sound and focused intention to release and let go of any stuck body energy and mindsets that is holding one back from stepping powerfully into 2021 and from fostering new pathways to wellbeing. Let's release and let go, so we can call in a new year full of hope, health, joy, prosperity, love and connection.

Sound Healing is a safe and beautiful way to relax one's mind and body, to release stuck energy and to restore one's sense of wellbeing and purpose. It works within and across various states of consciousness and wellbeing (physical, emotion, mental, soul & source). Set your intention and let it marry with the frequency of sound, to open yourself to a new pathway for healing, wellbeing and manifestation.

What to Bring:

- yoga mat or portable light mattress (something nice to lay on)

- pillow and booster mat (if you need something to support your back)

- shawl / light throw to put over your body (if needed)

- water bottle

- comfortable clothes

- anything you need for your comfort and wellbeing.

Bookings and payment are to be completed online prior to the event. Places are limited - so please book early to secure your spot.

Tickets:

General - $15 per person or

Concession - $10 per person.

Please aim to arrive by 4.50pm to set up your space.

As there are still Covid-19 Health Restrictions in place, all attendees will need to adhere to the social distancing requirements for indoor events.
