Join us for an immersive experience where breathwork, somatic movement, and live music come together to support a deep release and intentional new beginning. Guided by Lauren Selek & Cate Porter and accompanied by a live DJ Christian Burgueno, this event will lead you through powerful practices designed to help you let go of the past year and open space for what lies ahead.

With grounding breathwork, gentle yet transformative movement, and dynamic soundscapes, we’ll create a space for you to connect deeply with yourself, release what no longer serves, and call in your intentions for the new year.

Contraindications for Release & Receive:

This event may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you’re unsure about attending:

Cardiovascular issues, including heart disease or arrhythmia.
High or low blood pressure that is unstable or untreated.
Severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or psychosis.
Respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or severe asthma.
Epilepsy or a history of seizures.
Recent major surgeries or serious injuries, especially if they affect the ability to move freely.
Pregnancy (especially third trimester or high-risk pregnancies).
Glaucoma or retinal detachment due to increased pressure risks with some breathwork.
Severe osteoporosis or conditions with high fracture risk.
Acute trauma or significant emotional distress that may be triggered by intensive practices.
