Join us for an immersive experience where breathwork, somatic movement, and live music come together to support a deep release and intentional new beginning. Guided by Lauren Selek & Cate Porter and accompanied by a live DJ Christian Burgueno, this event will lead you through powerful practices designed to help you let go of the past year and open space for what lies ahead.

With grounding breathwork, gentle yet transformative movement, and dynamic soundscapes, we’ll create a space for you to connect deeply with yourself, release what no longer serves, and call in your intentions for the new year.

Contraindications for Release & Receive:

This event may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you’re unsure about attending:

1. Cardiovascular issues, including heart disease or arrhythmia.
2. High or low blood pressure that is unstable or untreated.
3. Severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or psychosis.
4. Respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or severe asthma.
5. Epilepsy or a history of seizures.
6. Recent major surgeries or serious injuries, especially if they affect the ability to move freely.
7. Pregnancy (especially third trimester or high-risk pregnancies).
8. Glaucoma or retinal detachment due to increased pressure risks with some breathwork.
9. Severe osteoporosis or conditions with high fracture risk.
10. Acute trauma or significant emotional distress that may be triggered by intensive practices.

1. Non-Refundable Policy
   All tickets for the "Release & Receive" event are non-refundable. Once purchased, bookings cannot be refunded or transferred to another event. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

   This event involves breathwork, somatic movement, and energetic practices that may not be suitable for everyone. By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the contraindications listed on the event page and confirm that you do not have any of the listed conditions that may put your health at risk. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before attending.
3. Liability Waiver
   By participating in this event, you assume all responsibility for any physical, mental, or emotional effects that may arise during or after the session. The facilitators and organisers are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reactions experienced as a result of participating in the event.
4. Event Schedule and Content
   The organisers reserve the right to make adjustments to the event schedule or activities as needed to ensure the quality and safety of the experience. Any such changes will be made in the interest of creating the best possible environment for all participants.
5. Conduct and Respect for Space
   We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Any behaviour that disrupts the event or is disrespectful to others may result in removal from the event without refund. Participants are expected to respect the space, the facilitators, and one another throughout the session.
6. Recording and Privacy
   To maintain a confidential and private space for participants, no video or audio recording of the event is permitted. Any sharing of personal experiences by participants during the event is to remain confidential.
