Join us for Release and Reclaim, a unique and productive women’s workshop designed to provide a deeply personal and immersive experience that reconnects you with your authentic self. Through powerful practices of conscious meditation, somatic movement, embodiment exercises, and breathwork, this evening will guide you to release what no longer serves you and reclaim your vision for the new year.

You’ll experience practices that allow release, healing and nourishment to restore your nervous system, allowing you to feel grounded and empowered as you envision the year ahead. Together, we’ll honor this closing year and invite in the energy of purpose, strength, clarity, and empowerment for 2025.

Gemma's a health practitioner, with over 12 years experience in clinical practice. Having come from Western medicine (Myotherapy and specialising in Chronic Pain) through her own experiences with grief and witnessing her client's journeys, she discovered so much of one's pain is more than just physical. She is also a mindset coach, utilises kinesiology and somatics, is a meditation instructor and energetics therapist. Gemma's unique ability to bring Science and Spiritually together is what brings such an immersive experience to her group sessions.

Gemma's work is all about leading you back to yourself, resolving trauma or stress held in the body or heart, aligning the head and body, logic and intuition. That your end goal isn't "the work" – it’s the ability to LIVE with freedom in your mind, heart, body, and spirit.

Kez is a natural healer. Having pivoted from her career as a corporate lawyer, Kez intuitively knew that her heart and soul were seeking more. Kez journeyed through the depths of her inner being and was instantly reminded of her innate ability to guide, help and coach others through the very many in betweens life presents. Kez founded "the in between", a healing space for all to feel accepted and loved for who they are.

Kez is a holistic health, wellness and intuitive coach who has a kind, loving and virtuous approach to guiding others towards their authentic selves. Kez’s mission is to inspire others to live their lives authentically and in alignment with their highest timeline; to challenge the status quo and to accept themselves fully and completely.
