Autumn is the great exhale. The season that asks us to slow down, let go, and appreciate what remains. In Chinese philosophy and the Five Elements, this turning is not a loss but a necessity — each part of the seasonal cycle essential to the whole.

The element of Metal moves through the Lungs and Large Intestine, the organs of taking in and letting go. When we work with Metal, we work with breath, with grief, with discernment — learning to release what no longer serves and refine what does.

In this workshop, we'll settle into that seasonal wisdom together. After a grounding arrival and an introduction to Autumn and the Metal Element, we'll explore the energetics of fragrance and how aromatic plants have long been used to support this season. From there we'll move through a gentle qigong practice, before coming to the mat to work with a few acupressure points — bringing the oils and the point work together. We'll close with meditation and rest, leaving you feeling spacious and unhurried.

No experience necessary.
