Join us likeminded folk as we use a Conscious Breathwork Journey to release suppressed emotions, patterns and negative loop cycles to peel away layers of stress, holding, bracing, anxiety and low moods that continue to hold you back from living the life you want.

Breathwork helps you to connect deeply to yourself, access your subconscious mind, bring your body to a state of ease by resolving unfinished trauma cycles and to a greater embodiment of your full self.

You'll be able to gain clarity, access to new insights and finally have the space to integrate hidden or blocked parts of yourself that have hindered your path.

Using a specially curated music soundscape with a fully guided Breathwork Journey, Theme, Somatic Expression, Centering and Embodiment Practices you’ll be able to COME HOME to the realest and rawest version of YOU.

These regular offerings welcome participants of any level of experience and are inclusive of fellow LGBTQI + community members.

Please bring a small pillow, blanket, comfortable clothing, a journal and pen.
We welcome anything that offers you support of any kind!

It is highly recommended to leave some time for you to integrate your experience afterwards.
