Shakti flow dance is a Giada Lovelight creation. It is a combination of conscious dance and sensual flow dance. The main focus is to release stress and soften the body from stagnant energy mainly in the hips and pelvic areas. With smooth and sensual movements we rediscover our feminity and allow ourselves to be wild and free.

What is Seiki Soho healing?

Seiki Soho healing is a healing technique through resonance. Seiki treatment allows you to get rid of tensions and to re-take control of your body and your life. The body is deeply relaxing and entering a state of self- healing respect, natural, intimate, enjoy, relax, let go, confidence, relief, self confidence, independence.. What is Re-birth or the Flight of the dove breathwork?

Re-birth breathwork, the Flight of the dove is to take flight into the realms of Air and Dreamtime celestial dimensions. It reactivates the primordial circuitry that is our birthright, allowing the human to meet the Divine. The Holy Shekinah, the descending Dove opens our body to become the Living Chalice. The Flight of the Dove breathwork works through a primary trinity of energy centres in the upper half of the body associated with the qualities of Innocence, Love, Purity, Clarity and Living Light: the thymus, the lunar portal of the heart (the back of the heart) and the pineal gland.

Common Questions:

1. It's my first time, is it ok for me to come?

Yes all are welcome. Everyone's journey will be different and it's normal to feel physical, emotional and mental sensations. I will guide you through what to expect before we start our journey together and you will have a chance to ask any questions.

2. I am pregnant, is this suitable for me?

I would recommend not coming if you're within the first trimester/ 12 weeks.

3. What are the contraindications:

First trimester pregnancy

History of seizures

Heart issues/ high blood pressure

Recent surgery recovery

4. Can I eat before?

Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach so try to eat a big late lunch if possible so you are not full. Ideally don't eat anything too big 1-2 hours beforehand. There will be snacks at the end to ground.
