• Spinal Energetics: Unlock the body’s natural healing potential through working in the energetic field around your physical body aimed at aligning and energising the spine. Spinal Energetics works with the brain, spine and nervous system to help you process tension patterns that can cause you to feel 'stuck' in your life. It gives rise to the innate wisdom of the body through being in an altered state of consciousness whereby the body is relaxed and safe and is able to release tension and trauma. This practice helps clear physical and emotional blockages, restoring vitality and flexibility.

• Breathwork: Through conscious breathing techniques, you will tap into your body’s energy reserves, enhancing mental clarity, releasing stress, and increasing emotional resilience. Breathwork is a powerful tool for transforming stagnant energy and bringing balance to both body and mind.

• Reiki Energy Healing: Experience the soothing and restorative benefits of Reiki, a hands-on energy healing practice that works lightly on the body as well as its feild to promote deep relaxation and healing. Reiki helps clear blocked energy pathways, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

• Guided Meditation: Guided mindfulness and meditation will help you centre your mind, quiet mental chatter, and deepen your connection to inner peace. These sessions will cultivate a sense of calm, helping you release any tension and experience profound emotional clarity.

Throughout the day, you will be supported by an experienced practitioner who has over 12 years experience in energy work. Jessica is also a Registered Nurse in Melbourne who understands how trauma, mental health issues and lifestyle all play a crucial role in how the body stores our experiences over our lifetime. She will guide you through each technique, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and empowering experience. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, enhance your well-being, or deepen your spiritual practice, this event offers a comprehensive approach to healing.

About your facilitator

Jessica is the founder of Rebirth Energetics. Jessica’s core belief is that individuals need healing not only on a physical level, but on an emotional, social, mental, spiritual and psychological level too. This means looking inward at the root causes of emotional disharmony, subconscious belief patterns and traumas that manifest in the physical body when events happen that are outside our window of tolerance and we therefore have difficulty integrating them. Jess has treated countless clients in the energetic work she does for them, always ensuring her clients understand that she unlocks the doors for them and it’s their job to walk in as brave, capable and intuitive beings themselves. She is also a Division 1 Registered Nurse having worked with medical, surgical and emergency department patients at large metropolitan hospitals. After treating countless patients in the emergency department and noticing an upward trend in acute mental health emergencies, ‘Rebirth Energetics’ is her contribution to bridging the gap between Eastern and Western approaches to healthcare with the main focus being on the individual’s root cause of dis-ease in the body. Some of her hobbies include meditation, yoga, reading and exploring in nature with her two young children.
