What to bring

Yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on for the session.

Journal and pen to take notes of any ideas or insights you receive during the session.

Water bottle with good quality drinking water.

Bring a comfortable blanket and cushion. You can experience feeling both cold and hot during the session.
