Using a combination of Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®), fascia-based practices, and embodied awareness, this class supports the body's natural capacity to release, restore, and self-regulate.

Suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress, build nervous system resilience, cultivate greater groundedness, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
