RELEASE. RESTORE. CREATE. SUMMER.
Description
Summer | A Seasonal Retreat Inspired by Nature's Rhythms
Saturday 21 November | 1.00–4.30 pm
Rangers Integrative Health
125 Belgrave-Gembrook Road, Belgrave
As summer unfolds, life often gathers pace. Calendars fill, celebrations begin, and the energy around us naturally turns outward.
RELEASE • RESTORE • CREATE
An afternoon to step out of the noise, let go of some of what you’ve been carrying and return to yourself — before exploring what feels interesting, joyful or alive from there.
Through therapeutic yoga, deep rest, reflection and working creatively with your hands, we’ll move through three parts: Release. Restore. Create.
#RELEASE
Create space for what matters by releasing tension, responsibility, rigidity and heaviness.
We’ll begin with therapeutic yoga, breath and movement to release tension, move energy and create a little more space in body and mind.
#RESTORE
Return to your centre.
Then we slow down.
Through restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation, there’ll be time to rest deeply, settle the nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
No need to fix anything or work anything out. Just space to be.
#CREATE
Unleash your spirit.
From hands on the heart to hands in action.
Local basket weaver Jack Nicholls will guide us in working with natural materials to weave a small hanging STAR to take home.
This is a chance to use your hands, imagination and intuition. To follow what feels interesting, joyful or alive without needing to know where it will lead.
The STAR is also a simple symbol of the season — creating the conditions and seeing what might emerge.
Release. Restore. Create.
Come for an afternoon of movement, rest, creativity, refreshments and good company — and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter and more connected to yourself.
#Your afternoon includes
Therapeutic Yoga • Restorative Yin • Yoga Nidra • Meditation & Reflection • Mindful Basket Weaving • Afternoon Tea
